You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.
3. Enrollments & Payments
- Fees are displayed at checkout and in the catalog. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Refunds follow the policy described in our FAQ and during checkout.
- Access periods and certificate conditions are stated per course.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, text, and assets are owned or licensed by StoneVector Institute and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
5. Acceptable Conduct
- No harassment, cheating, or plagiarism.
- No reverse engineering or circumvention of security features.
- No sharing of accounts or unauthorized redistribution of materials.
6. Disclaimers
Courses are educational resources. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, medical, or legal outcomes. Use insights responsibly and in line with applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneVector Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Miscellaneous
We may update these Terms and will post the new version with a revised Effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws.
